• Proven track record as Venue/F&B Manager
• Experience with Large Leading Restaurants/Venues
• Food and Beverage Expert
• Hands on Operator
• Relationship builder

• Trainer & Mentore

• Innovative and Creative
• Strong Leadership
• Degree qualified in Hospitality or Business Management
• Sound Financial & Business Acumen
• Able to meet financial targets and set KPIs
• Ability to manage and develop large teams
• Guest Focused
• Attention to Detail
• Confident and effective communicator
• Sound Organisation and Computer skills
• Excellent grooming standard and high level of personal presentation
